覆盖1368—1911年的中国历史县级环境数据，包含寒冷、干旱、洪水和风四类。发布文件为2269个地理单元、544年、4类的完整面板，共4937344条记录行；记录行数不等于事件总数。数据保留源文件原值，省、府层级依说明文档采用1911年口径。
